Our Expansion into Zambia

Everstone Energy Limited has strategically expanded operations into Zambia to meet the growing energy demands in Southern Africa. Under the leadership of Mustapha Osuman, the company is establishing a fully functional fuel supply and distribution network to:

  • Enhance fuel accessibility and affordability
  • Support industrial and commercial energy needs
  • Develop a sustainable energy ecosystem

This expansion is part of Everstone’s long-term vision to build a strong African energy infrastructure, connecting fuel suppliers and consumers efficiently across the continent.

Founder & CEO – Mustapha Osuman
Mr. Mustapha K. Osuman is a distinguished entrepreneur with a remarkable track record spanning over 30 years. He has founded, led, and been a shareholder and director of numerous companies across diverse industries, including telecommunications, real estate, wood treatment, chemical supplies, and mining. His visionary leadership has played a pivotal role in shaping businesses that drive economic growth and innovation across Africa and international markets.

He is the founder of Itsalat Group of Companies (Zambia), where he remained a shareholder until 2019. Under his leadership, the company became one of Africa’s foremost distributors of Samsung electronic products. Over the past decade, Itsalat and its affiliated and subsidiary companies in Ghana, Mauritius, Côte d'Ivoire, and Zambia collectively generated a turnover exceeding USD 1.3 billion, solidifying its position as a major player in the industry.

Currently, Mr. Osuman leads Dyna Pro Limited, a holding company comprising six subsidiary companies across various industries. Partnered with experienced industry leaders, Dyna Pro is dedicated to driving impactful business solutions while fostering economic development. Additionally, the company is aligned with Food Secure Africa, a non-governmental organization committed to addressing food security challenges across the continent.

Through Dyna Pro and his extensive business ventures, Mr. Osuman continues to bridge Africa with global markets, fostering innovation, sustainability, and transformative growth.

 

Chief Operations Officer – Blessed Mulenga Silavwe
As the Chief Operations Officer, Blessed provides essential support to the leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering strategic communication across all divisions of Dyna Pro Limited. With her experience of over 30 years across public sector, civil society and private sector, she brings her rich experience in strategic partnership collaboration, project management and building sustainable growth at all levels of enterprise development. Her experience as a global level focal point resource in organisation development and capacity strengthening and as lead consultant for various international Organisations in the same capacity, positions her strategically to spearhead the multifaceted dynamic projects which Dyna Pro as a holding company is engaged in at a global level. Blessed is founder of Avidore Holdings Limited, Sephira Foundation and DevCorp Consulting and is Board member for various local and international, private and civil society organisations including FoodSecure USA, Farmers Association of Zambia, Heartworx and DCS Limited.

Blessed has previously held various roles in both local and international Organizations.  As head of Public Relations and Corporate Affairs for Inter*Continental Hotels Group (IHG) for  Zambia under the Europe Middle East and Africa  (EMEA) region, to Sales and Marketing Manager as a technical marketing resource for Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions for Central Africa, to Director Programs for HODI, overseeing over 7 projects sites country-wide, to Organisation Development focal point for FHI360 East and Southern African Region (ESARO). She has held Lead consultant roles for several local and international organisation consultancies including Standard Chartered Bank Limited, American International Health Alliance, British Council, Kaleidoscope Trust and several others. She also brings experience from her project management, board and advisory roles on networking platforms such as the Private Sector Development Reform Program (PSDRP), Network of Regulatory reformers for East and Central Africa, the International Labor Organisation (ILO) Law Growth Nexus II, and the Ministry of  Commerce, Trade and Industry Technical Working Group Trade and Industry in Zambia.
