Francis Ekow Asankomah is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and finance professional with over a decade of progressive experience in financial management, treasury operations, accounting leadership, strategic planning, and internal controls across sectors including energy, healthcare, commodities, financial services, and technology-driven enterprises. He brings a strong blend of technical expertise and business leadership, with a proven track record of driving financial performance, strengthening governance structures, and improving operational efficiency.

As Chief Accountant at Everstone Energy Limited, Francis provides leadership in financial reporting, cash flow and liquidity management, budgeting, treasury oversight, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. He plays a key role in ensuring sound financial stewardship while supporting the company's growth objectives within Ghana’s petroleum and energy sector.

Before joining Everstone Energy Limited, Francis held senior finance leadership roles including Chief Finance Officer at Fastcare Clinics Limited and Finance Manager at SOLV Ghana, a Standard Chartered-backed enterprise under SC Ventures. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered measurable impact, including reducing tax exposure through strategic planning initiatives, strengthening financial systems, improving working capital performance, and implementing effective control frameworks.

Francis holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance, a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, and is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). He is also advancing his expertise in taxation and financial analytics, reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in finance leadership.
