Dorcas is a certified corporate accountant and seasoned finance and audit professional with over 16 years of extensive experience across diverse industries, including banking, oil and gas, insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications, pensions, and various service sectors.

She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she spent more than six years providing audit and advisory services to a broad portfolio of clients in both governmental and non-governmental sectors.

Dorcas later joined Prudential Life Insurance Ghana as the Head of Treasury and Corporate Reporting, where she led the finance team to strengthen internal controls and set the foundation for long-term financial stability. She went on to serve as Group Head of Finance for BTL Africa, overseeing financial operations for four companies across seven countries in Africa.

Her leadership experience also includes serving as Chief Accountant at Everstone Energy and holding the Chief Financial Officer position at Stratcon Energy, Critical Ideas Limited, and Black Pearl Global Investments.

Dorcas holds a Master’s degree from the Swiss Management Center in Zurich. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
